Marquee Chambers,
Scheduling and Treatment Coordinator
Marquee joined Minter Dentistry in July 2022, working on various projects that allowed the practice to open on time in September. Her responsibilities include patient scheduling, treatment plan presentation, insurance submission and generally making an excellent first impression for the office. She is a member of the Air Force Reserves, serving at Youngstown Air Reserve Station one weekend a month for the past 14 years. She lives in Seville with her two sons and their two golden retrievers. In her free time, she enjoys her sons’ sporting events—never an offseason! She is also a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan, anxiously awaiting that first Super Bowl appearance. She loves meeting new patients and is passionate about helping people get the dental care they need.
Heather Jackson, RDH
Heather earned an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene degree from Stark State College in 2012. She joined Minter Dentistry in May of 2023, bringing 10+ years of private practice experience to the practice. Her duties include supporting all aspects of our hygiene program including exposing radiographic and photographic images, cleaning teeth, applying fluoride and sealants, examining areas of the head, neck and oral cavity for signs of disease and providing guidance related to at-home hygiene practices. Heather grew up in Plain Township, graduated from GlenOak High School and lives in Louisville with her husband Bill. She has two daughters, enjoys family trips to the beach and values quality time with friends. She takes pride in helping people feel comfortable in the office and is passionate about providing competent oral health care.
Monica Good, Dental Assistant
Monica joined Minter Dentistry in August of 2022 shortly before the office opened. She played a direct role in the initial organization and implementation of office supplies and equipment, allowing Minter Dentistry to function effectively from Day 1. She functions as Dr. Nate’s lead dental assistant by preparing instrument trays and materials, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, exposing radiographs and oral photos, completing office lab work and offering pre and post-op guidance to patients. Having been a dental assistant for over 20 years, she prides herself on creating an atmosphere of kindness and comfort in the treatment room. She lives in Hanoverton with her husband BJ and their two daughters and enjoys all things family.
